At HVC Canada we have created a dynamic organization that fosters a synergistic atmosphere to fulfill all project and corporate objectives. This atmosphere allows for an integrated project and functional organizational structure that maximizes strengths and minimizes weakness.
This foundation for success has been created by the combination of PMI (Project Management Institute) best practices, risk management guidelines, and industry experience. Imbedded throughout our policies and procedures are strategies for building a learning organization. Creativity and innovation are standard characteristics of HVC Canada’s staff.
Risk management for large electrical and mechanical installations requires a high level of understanding of both internal and external risk events. This includes early identification and strategic planning in order to mitigate deviations from the project objectives. HVC Canada identifies, analyzes, and responds to all risk factors throughout the life of a project to maintain those project objectives. We integrate risk management into all processes.
The success of all projects requires collaboration and integration of all stakeholders, committed to achieving common project objectives. In addition, it requires a disciplined approach to managing the construction process, and recognition and management of its inherent risks.
At HVC Canada we incorporate strategic planning based on ISO quality management, CAN/CSA Q850-97 risk management guidelines. We also utilize the organizational dynamics of a learning organization.
In developing our policies and procedures, we have incorporated best practices from:
